For all return enquiries, please email customer service Info@jewlot.com with the subject header ‘RETURN’ & your order id or call us +91 9578888668 and we will be happy to assist you. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns.
Jewlot cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items. Be sure to retain both your proof of purchase and shipping receipts for all returns.
WHAT IS JEWLOT RETURN POLICY?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return items must be shipped back in original packaging.
Partial discounts are granted (if applicable)
- Any Product that is returned over 7 days after Delivery
- In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Returns policy has got you covered.
Refund are not offered.We will help you investigate any issues you may have through telephone.A replacement of the product will be provided at the same price.
TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE:
Email customer service Info@jewlot.com with a subject header ‘RETURN’ within 7 days of your purchase with the image of the product .Once we confirm the return you need to send back the item to our office address (within the same 7 days quota), You need to bare the courier charges while sending back.Refund will be initiated once we receive the product in hand and we will get in touch with you for your bank details to refund(Refund amount will be given deducting the shipping charges which we have given in the first place ). If incase you wish to exchange the product, we can help you with that as well.
WHY MIGHT MY RETURN PACKAGE BE REFUSED?
Jewlot reserves the right to refuse a return package if the return instructions are not followed. As per company policy, packages that arrive requiring customs payment are not accepted. Depending on customer location, the time it may take for exchanged or repaired items to arrive may vary. Please note that Jewlot is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
